14-day guarantee
If you are not happy with Chatt, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of purchase, provided your usage has been reasonable (evaluation rather than sustained heavy use of the Service).
Renewals
Renewal payments are refundable within 14 days of the charge if the Service has not been used during the new billing period. To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the paid period.
How to request
Email admin@chatt.pro from the address linked to your account, or use the Paddle receipt link in your email. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have in your country of residence, including EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights.
