Terms of Service

1. About Chatt

Chatt (“we”, “us”) provides access to third-party artificial intelligence models through a single chat interface, available at chatt.pro (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Third-party models

The Service routes your requests to AI models operated by third parties. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or the owner of these models. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Output generated by AI models may be inaccurate — do not rely on it as professional advice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or every 3 months) until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

5. Fair use

Plans marketed as unlimited are subject to fair-use safeguards (rate limits) that protect the Service from abuse and automated misuse. We may throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit abnormal, automated, or resale usage.

6. Acceptable use

• No illegal content or activity.
• No attempts to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• No reselling or sharing account access.
• No use that violates the acceptable-use policies of the underlying model providers.

7. Content

You retain rights to the prompts you submit. To operate the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and transmit your prompts to the selected model provider and to store your chat history for you.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
